Leena Kaanaa works in Technische Universität Berlin Chair of Lighting Technology in project AuBe. The focus of the AuBe project is protection of species through environmentally compatible lighting. Kaanaa is also lighting designer and has strong experience about outdoor lighting design in complex, challenging and diverse city center, urban district and infrastructure projects. Her main interest at the moment is to develop lighting solutions to solve environmental challenges lighting is causing.
